Each piece in our collection is individually handmade using high-quality materials and natural gemstones. As every design is a one-of-a-kind creation, your jewellery is ready to ship.

Packaging Your Order

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be carefully prepared for shipping.

Every order is beautifully hand wrapped to ensure it arrives safely and makes opening your parcel feel just as special as the jewellery inside.

Earrings + Chain jewellery are presented on a handmade paper jewellery card, wrapped in soft tissue paper, and placed inside a Star of Venus suede drawstring pouch.

All other jewellery is carefully wrapped in soft tissue paper and presented inside a Star of Venus suede drawstring pouch.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Urban addresses: 1–2 business days

Rural addresses: 2–3 business days

Please note these delivery estimates begin after the initial 1–2 business day packaging period.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.
