Caring for Your Gemstones

Natural gemstones are beautiful and unique, and no two stones are exactly alike. Some gemstones are more delicate than others, so we recommend treating them gently.

Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, showering or bathing.

Remove your jewellery before exercising or sleeping.

Keep your pieces away from perfumes, lotions, oils and household chemicals.

Avoid exposing gemstones to prolonged direct sunlight, as some stones may fade over time.

Store each piece separately to prevent scratching or tangling.

Caring for Sterling Silver

To keep your silver jewellery looking its best:

Keep it dry when possible.

Remove it before showering, swimming or exercising.

Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions and cleaning products.

When not wearing it, store it somewhere cool and dry, ideally in an airtight pouch or jewellery box.

Gently polish with a soft jewellery polishing cloth when needed.

Gold-filled jewellery has a substantial layer of real gold bonded to a base metal, making it much more durable than gold plating. With proper care, it can be enjoyed for many years.

However, regular exposure to moisture, chemicals and friction can affect the surface over time.

Removing your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising.

Applying perfume, moisturiser and other products before putting your jewellery on.

Keeping it away from chlorine, salt water and household chemicals.

Storing it separately in a cool, dry place when not being worn.

Gently wiping it with a soft, clean cloth after wearing.
