At Star of Venus, each piece of jewellery is individually handcrafted and one of a kind. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you decide the item is no longer suitable.

Please choose carefully before placing your order and read each product description thoroughly.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@starofvenus.co.nz. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging where applicable.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Natural Materials

Our jewellery is handcrafted using natural gemstones. As each gemstone is unique, variations in colour, pattern, shape, and natural inclusions are to be expected and are not considered faults. We do our best to accurately represent each piece through our photographs.
