Refunds & Returns
We’re here to help!
We offer returns for exchange or store credit, within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or exchange it for different product of equal value.
Please be aware before making your purchase that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- No refunds, returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided. (Please note, any return shipping costs will be incurred by you, unless return is because item is damaged.)
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving, if your item is defective/damaged please contact us via email within 48 hours, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at info@starofvenus.co.nz
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that any shipping charges will be deducted from your refund as they are not refundable.
When purchasing crystals it pays to be mindful, as they are all slightly different and have their own individual shape, structure, and imperfections. It is impossible to replicate the same structure, so each crystal will have its own natural characteristics. We do our best to capture these in the images we provide.
