Crystal hearts have many uses, you can work with them in a variety of different ways.
Connect in meditation by placing a crystal heart on your chest or you can also program your crystal heart with a specific intention. You could carry your heart with you, in your pocket or purse, having it close by through-out the day to serve as a reminder of your intention.
Crystal hearts serve as a reminder that love is within us and all around us and when we start to access the wisdom from this very special place, we can begin to move through life with increased intuition, joy and a positive outlook.
The heart represents unity. It is at the Heart Chakra (The meeting ground of heaven and earth) where unification is established. The lower 3 chakras, Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus, connect with the upper 3 chakras, Throat, Third Eye and Crown, via the Heart Chakra.
At this time, humanity is going through a huge shift in consciousness, moving from mind based living to heart based living. This is inevitably leading to greater brotherhood, stronger sisterhood and ultimately unity within our communities and society as a whole.
The wisdom of the heart, is that of trust, strength and unconditional love.
Leo, the lion, and the archetype for the heart. "The heart of a lion" represents strength. The greatest power in the cosmos, is the power of an open heart. It teaches us self-worth and sovereignty, it guides us to truth, and shows us how to be resilient and compassionate.
Heart wisdom, encourages us to accept ourselves and to shine and radiate our true authentic nature. The spirit of the heart represents who we are at the deepest level, our authentic selves. When our heart is in balance, we are in alignment with our truth.

It teaches us how to be receptive to love, welcoming it into our awareness.
